Lance is highly experienced in technology innovation, brand marketing, and analytics-driven strategies; a creative innovator in design thinking, aesthetics and high-impact execution; and a visionary leader of start-up and turnaround business operations for several global brands. He spent 12 years working with Target, first as the Creative Director on the agency side, then in-house as the first leader of Target’s Interactive Marketing department, later launching Target India Marketing and Target’s Global Photography operation
